The XPG SX950 line uses the Silicon Motion SM2258G controller (same one used in SU800 SSD) with advanced 3D MLC NAND Flash that gives improved power efficiency and reliability compared to 2D NAND. The ADATA XPG SX950 is available in capacity of 120GB, 240GB, 480GB, and 960GB. The SX950 also features LDPC ECC and RAID Engine technology, which strengthen data protection and integrity. With new advanced 3D MLC NAND Flash SX950 SSD offers a huge endurance rating of TBW up to 800TB and ultra-long MTBF of 2 million hours, which is almost durable than most other SSDs in same price point.
