Today AMD has announced their new Ryzen Pro series of Desktop CPUs, which are designed to offer professional-grade performance, security, and reliability at affordable prices.

These new CPUs come just after AMD’s EPYC server processor release, adding another tier to AMD’s Enterprise CPU offerings. These new CPUs will offer Windows 10 Enterprise Security support, AES 128-bit memory encryption, and a 36-month warranty.

AMD is targeting Intel’s i7, i5 and i3 processors with this release, saying new Ryzen Pro series will have competitive pricing and increased core/thread counts when compared to their competition.
