Google has just announced a new app for IOS, which will allow Android Wear to work with your iPhone. The app available for iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, 6, or 6 Plus running IOS 8.2+.
As of now the functions are limitation regarding which Android Wear-powered smartwatches you can use with your iPhone. Right now, only LG Watch Urbane only watch which you can use. But Google does promise that all future Android Wear watches will support the IOS. As the new app is very new in iPhone, the Android Wear app won’t be able to do everything it can on Android, but still it does enable quite a few core features, like, check notifications on your watch, read incoming messages, set fitness goals, track your daily and weekly fitness progress, reminder for appointments, traffic info, or flight status, also “OK Google” is there to help you. Voice command also available and you can set Reminders just by using your voice.
