GPU Tweak II
The TUF Gaming RTX 3060 Ti OC will not run at factory OC speed out of the box; you need to install GPU Tweak II software, in order to set the OC mode for the card. The card has three modes, OC mode, Gaming mode, and Silent mode.
For manual controls, you need to click on Professional Mode in the down the right corner. The Professional Mode has all the necessary options for overclocking.
For lighting customization, you need to go to tools and click on AURA. Here you can customize the lighting effects and cooler.

Overclocking
Ever since NVIDIA introduce GPU Boost, which automatically pushes the card as far as it can get and they’re not much headroom left for manual overclocking, as our card runs at 1980MHz on gaming load. Also, considering that TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 Ti OC already comes with a factory overclock, I only manage to squeeze out a few MHz only 2010MHz.
