The first reveal trailer for Call of Duty: WWII just got released and give us the first look at the series’ return to its original WWII roots.
The trailer doesn’t reveal too much of the actual gameplay, but its sure looks promising, in the game the players will be able to “play through the story of ordinary men turned soldiers in the 1st Infantry Division as they fight to preserve freedom in the face of tyranny.”
Call of Duty: WWII is available for preorder now, which will give you access to a private beta before the actual release on November 3rd.
On the Livestream developer Sledgehammer Games confirmed the game will include a cooperative mode featuring zombies. They also showcase a teaser image for the zombie mode, picture down below:
The developer said the mode is “an entirely new story and a pretty horrifying experience,” and it will tell “the story of the Third Reich’s desperate attempt to create an army in the final stages of the war.” No more information is given on Zombies gametype but more information will be revealed at E3 in June.
