Forza Horizon 3’s Hot Wheels patch is now available with better CPU utilization option

Forza Horizon 3’s Hot Wheels patch is now live, which will allow the game engine to utilize more threads offering better CPU performance and more DirectX 12 performance advantages.

This update should allow the game to easily maintain framerates of 60FPS+ by using more CPU resources as well as add several new graphical options to allow lower-end PC to offer additional performance. Now Forza Horizon 3 features a Very Low graphical preset, which can be used with the game’s dynamic optimization options. The new threading option can be disabled under the graphical options menu with the “Threaded Optimization” option.
