The Trident Z RGB definitely one of the best looking RGB memory in the market and G.SKILL has maintained the great performance of its non LED brother. The new stunning RGB illumination with thick brushed aluminium heatsink not just looks premium, its insure the memory chips will stay cool even with hefty overclock. The 16GB size is more than adequate any high-end gamer or performance focused users. The price is not cheap, but it’s not that high for this kind of memory kit, right now you can buy this Trident Z RGB DDR4 16GB 3200 kit available for $189 in US and ₹13,870 in India. My only complaint is the RGB lighting effects, and customization is only compatible with ASUS AURA software, and the G.SKILL own beta software is still in beta stage at the time of this review so controlling the RGB lights may be problematic for some users, therefore we cannot call G.SKILL Trident Z RGB as perfect product but we definitely called it something that looks awesome in any angle you look at it, and it has the performance to back its visuals statement. We gave the original Trident Z Editor Choice award as it was one the best we tested and the Trident Z RGB is an evolution of the original, due to its unfinished software and limited support for third-party motherboard RGB software controls, we cannot give it Editor Choice award. So G.SKILL Trident Z RGB received our GOLD AWARD for its dashing look and excellent performance.
G.SKILL Trident Z RGB offer excellent RGB illumination with great performance
