Introductions

Mionix is a Swedish company and well known for some of the most comfortable and well-built gaming gears. Today we are going to take a look at Mionix Castor which is a right-handed gaming mouse design to offer a similar level of comfortable shape as Naos but more geared towards FPS games with its smaller size ideally suited to claw-grip and fingertip-grip players but just not big enough for palm grip. Just like all other Mionix mouse, the Castor also features soft touch rubber coated surface.

The Castor features PMW-3310 optical sensor with speed up to 10000DPI and adjustable to 100DPI-steps. To keep everything responsive Mionix has put a 32-bit ARM processor running at 32Mhz with 128kb built-in memory to save all profile settings with-in the mouse. Castor comes with 6 fully programmable buttons, and two RGB LED illuminated zones. I personally want to try Mionix Castor for quite some time now so let’s see how it stand out from its competition.
