MSI and SteelSeries partnering to sync their RGB lighting

MSI and SteelSeries are working together to integrate RGB light sync between MSI motherboards and peripherals of SteelSeries. As we all know today, most companies now offer products with RGB lighting, from motherboards to AIOs, RAM, and peripherals. But if you can sync them all into one it will be more intuitive and visually pleasing.

MSI bringing all that LED lighting control to their motherboards for now – the Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon. With the partnership of SteelSeries, MSI motherboard lighting now can be customized through SteelSeries’ Engine 3 (SSE3) is the application and can be sync with other SteelSeries peripherals.

With the SteelSeries’ Engine 3 allow two main lighting features are PrismSync and GameSense. PrismSync controls all the lighting effects in the usual “choose your own color” metric, while GameSense dynamically adjusts lighting effects according to what’s happening on your games of choice, like syncing colors to your in-game health or other metrics. It is nice to see another step towards the integration of LED lighting with multiple components from different companies, though we don’t know the exact time when it will be available, but it is coming soon.
