Need for Speed to be delayed to 2016

Yup, the thing your reading is true that Need for Speed has been delayed to 2016, is it said that the reason for delay is the in order to gain more FPS on PC. At first EA revealed that the new NFS will need internet connection all the time, then ghost game said that it is capped at 30FPS on PC, which is large backslash for PC gamers. So the Ghost games is now heading to improve its FPS … but said that they need sometime.

Need for Speed to be delayed to 2016

“For any driving game a steady frame rate is incredibly important, and an unlocked frame rate in Need for Speed is a massive priority for you. We fully agree,” Ghost Games said on a new update post “To deliver this, we’ve made the decision to move the PC release date to spring 2016. Our PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release dates will remain the same, starting November 3, 2015 in North America and November 5 worldwide.”

Although, the developers will spend extra time in increasing the visuals they can deliver on PC, anyway the game is made on Frostbite engine and it’s odd that Ghost Games can’t maintain 60FPS on PC, Especially on Racing Games. The Developers tried their best to answer all the Questions about the game. But the answer where disappointing like, You can’t play as the cops in the new Need For Speed, there’s no split-screen play and there might not even be wheel controller support and also the game need to be always online, also they have not plan to release DLC.

Personally I feel that it’s the good reason for the delay, as we want the better performance and FPS on PC, Let’s hope to hear from EA on Need for Speed.
