It looks like the new Galaxy S8 will feature a beautiful edge-to-edge display that is sure to be the best display ever on a smartphone when Samsung releases its new handsets, with this render add of the phone showing we have next to no bezel and no physical buttons. Which means that Samsung has possibly removed the physical home button and flanking touch buttons, pushing the fingerprint sensor into the display itself.
As we can see in the new video for the latest display from Samsung, we’re looking at 100% color gamut coverage and compared to a traditional non-AMOLED display. The OLED technology also allows a much thinner display compare to layers of LCD technology which make it thick.
Right now, it is expected that Samsung to unveil its new Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 edge smartphones sometime in April, with a launch in May.
